Portfolios: Adding files. Add a document / file to an existing portfolio in SigniFlow. A SigniFlow Portfolio is a named, single file or envelope that can accumulate multiple documents that have been workflowed and signed, in combination with other documents you (or anyone you have shared the portfolio with) have uploaded into the portfolio. Go to the Portfolio View page by logging in to SigniFlow & clicking on “Portfolios” in the left menu bar, then “Open” next to the portfolio you wish to add a file or form to. You will find all the options you need to amend or supplement the selected portfolio. Click “Add file to Portfolio” to add a document to the portfolio at hand Click on “Choose File” to select the file you with to add to the portfolio. Your PC file list will open up. Click on the relevant document/file & then “Open”. In this example, you are simply adding a file to an already-existing portfolio, so select “No” under the “Do you want to Workflow this File” option. Click “Add File”. You will now be able to see all documents in the portfolio, including the one you just added, under “Documents in Portfolio”. Hovering over a document will bring up a +magnifying glass. Click to enlarge & view the document. Click the X in the top-right corner of the document to minimise & return to your Portfolio View.
