How to Make a Pompadour Hairstyle 🕶️ Style Files Hair Tutorial | Sunny Day | Nick Jr.

It’s time to get stylin’
with Sunny Day’s Style Files. Hi, it’s me Sunny! Wanna take a look inside the Style Files? How would you like a new hair style? That’d be cool! Terrific! Grab the tablet to check out the things
you’ll need for an awesome pompadour. A comb, spray bottle filled with water, hair gel, round hair brush, and hairspray should do the trick! Dampen your hair with water. Try not to get wet! [music playing] Use hair gel to slick back the sides. Make sure you smooth out those sides. Create a side-part. Now comb the hair above
your part up and back. All the hair below your part
goes down and back. This will help the pompadour
start to take its shape. Now do the other side! Looking sharp! Blow dry the top of your hair
with a large round brush. Make sure you roll the brush as you go, to give your hair some extra height. Use hairspray to keep
everything in place. Use the brush to help smooth it over. You really want it all in place. Looking slick and shiny! When your hair comes together in the back, it’s called a duck tail.
Quack, quack! [giggling] A little more hairspray. Now that’s a pompadour! It’s a pompa-doodle! – Pompadour!
– Pompadour. That’s what I said! Take a look! Oh! That looks so cool! That one’s my favorite! That’s my favorite too! Awesome! That’s definitely one
for The Style Files! Keep smilin’, keep stylin’. [giggling] Get stylin’ with Sunny Day! Weekdays on Nickelodeon. [music playing] You can watch more Sunny Day
