Hello everyone, and welcome again.
So finally, Microsoft has made creating PDF easier by introducing a new feature called,
Print to PDF, in Microsoft Windows 10. Now, you can easily convert any of your documents
into PDF format. However, Print to PDF is not included with
a bunch of features, but still it is acceptable, as you convert your documents into PDF in
just a few clicks, and you no more require installing third party application.
To do this, open the document that you like to convert into the PDF file. Open the Print
command, usually available in File menu or, you can press the keyboard shortcut, Control+P
to open the print command. Here you can see a new printer along with your other devices
called, Print to PDF. Select the printer, and change the preferences if requires, like
setting the page orientation, and paper size. Click the Print button, and Save Print Output
As dialog box appear, and you will be asked to type a file name. You can notice the, Save
As Type is PDF. Now, click the Save button. Double-click the new file to open it with
a PDF reader. You don’t even need to install a third party PDF reader, as it also included
in Windows 8, & Windows 10, or even the Microsoft Edge browser can open the PDF files. Don’t foget to leave a comment, share and
